Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original transaction date. This guarantee applies once per customer and to the initial purchase of a plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges may be refunded if you submit a request within seven (7) days of the renewal date and have not made substantial use of the Service during that renewal period. To avoid future charges, cancel before your renewal date through your account settings or by emailing support.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself generate a refund for the period already paid, except as described in this policy.

Refunds are generally not available for: promotional, discounted or lifetime offers marked as final sale; periods already elapsed beyond the timeframes above; accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Use; and fees charged by third parties such as banks or currency conversion.

Send an email to support.digitalapps@gmail.com with the email address used at purchase, the transaction date, and a brief reason for the request. We review every request individually.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take one additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes filed without first contacting support may result in suspension of your account while the claim is investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
